Miley Cyrus was caught on puffing with her BFF Cheyne Thomas on a balcony in Miami, after her Pilates class.

The former Disney Star recently admitted she is on gluten-free diet, so that's pretty astonishsing for a girl, who cares about her health, but keeps smoking.

Of course, maybe she is nervous about her recent engagement with her uber-gorgeous beau Liam Hemsworth, but that doesn't mean she can smoke openly, as she is a role model for many girls out there.
